Your assessment is divided into sections. Each section consists of a page of questions to be completed. You are unable to continue to the next section until all questions in a section have been answered correctly.
Once successfully completed, you will be emailed a certificate of completion to the email address you submit below. This certificate must be taken with you to your training course to be validated by your trainer.
All learners undertaking Nationally Recognised Training are required to have a Unique student Identifier (USI) issued by the Australian Government's Department of Industry.
If you do not have a USI you will need to go www.usi.gov.au now using this link and create one.
